Marketing & Communications Professional for Associations

Your Mission
Objective:
Coordination & implementation of marketing and communications projects for international & local clients, ranging event marketing (Congresses, Seminars, Conferences…) to creation of effective communication services targeted to multiple internal and external audiences.
Main responsibilities:
- Work with the Marketing Manager and client management to develop and execute marketing plans in line with client objectives.
- Demonstrate creative contributions in the development of marketing and communications collateral to articulate clients’ key messages.
- Project coordination to meet clients’ marketing and communications needs
- Responsible for the full production and distribution cycle of communication tools such as e-newsletters, e-blasts and brochures.
- Represent client at external trade shows, coordinate trade show preparation and reporting, assist in trade show campaign plan creation
- Liaise with internal/ external web designers and graphic designers for production of electronic and print communication tools including website content
- Carry out administrative tasks as required within marketing communications projects.
- Maintain relationships with partners, and client communities as required.
- Work with external suppliers when needed.
Your Profile
- One to two years relevant experience in a marketing, and/ or communications role
- Higher education preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills – fluency in English (oral and written), and one other language.
- Excellent organizational skills, sense of self-initiative, teamwork, and execution
- Stress resistant, flexible regarding changes in setting priorities
- Ability to show diplomacy, empathy and flexibility towards client’s needs
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills required to work within a multi-cultural and cross-functional team.
- Understanding of associations/not-for-profit organizations is an asset
